The treaty's sponsor, The Common People, is headquartered in Penzance, ten miles from Carbis Bay and St Ives where the UK hosted the 2021 G7 Summit meeting. The region, West Penwith, one of the most economically deprived parts of England, is ambitious to become an established outpost of world politics. We certainly have sufficient resources to hold an exploratory international conference to which interested nations could send representatives. We can host as many as 100 interested delegations of up to 3 persons each for very little outlay. Processes for police security have local precedents. A 7-day conference in November 2025 would suit admirably. We hope to invite our local MP to chair the the opening and closing ceremonies.
